.... The workflow from a technology organisation, formed in the last few years to be agile. .. El flujo de trabajo de una organización tecnológica, formada en los últimos años para ser ágil. ....


.... Following an office visit I observed a workflow. I thought I would share it incase others see it as similar. .. Después de una visita a la oficina observé un flujo de trabajo. Pensé que lo compartiría en caso de que otros lo vean como similar. ....        

.... The BA gathers the requirements. .. El analista de negocios reúne los requisitos. ....

.... What would you make of this workflow? .. ¿Qué harías de este flujo de trabajo? ....

.... BA talks to the end user or stakeholder. The BA gathers the requirements. The BA then discusses these with a couple of team members. The BA writes 70%+ of the stories. .. El analista de negocios habla con el usuario final o parte interesada. El analista de negocios reúne los requisitos. El analista de negocios luego discute esto con un par de miembros del equipo. El analista de negocios escribe el 70% + de las historias. ....


.... There are only user stories in the product backlog, in the prescribed backlog. .. Solo hay historias de usuario en la cartera de productos, en la backlog prescrita. ....


.... The story is ready for the team to work on. It meets detailed requirements set out on a list called a definition of ready. .. La historia está lista para que el equipo trabaje. Cumple con los requisitos detallados establecidos en una lista llamada definición de listo. ....
.... The developers start writing the code. .. Los desarrolladores empiezan a escribir el código. ....
.... The team start working on the item. The item moves into the "in progress column". The developers start writing the code. If they have any questions they go ask the BA. .. El equipo comienza a trabajar en el artículo. El elemento se mueve a la "columna en curso". Los desarrolladores empiezan a escribir el código. Si tienen alguna pregunta van a preguntar a el analista de negocios.  ....
.... Once the developers are done they move the item to the testing column on the board. The testers test the item. I they have any questions they either ask the developer (the developer knows how it is meant to work), or they ask the BA (the BA is the customer anyway, isn't s/he?). .. Una vez que los desarrolladores terminan, mueven el elemento a la columna de prueba en el tablero. Los probadores prueban el artículo. Tengo preguntas que le hacen al desarrollador (el desarrollador sabe cómo debe funcionar), o le preguntan al analista de negocios (el analista de negocios es el cliente de todos modos, ¿no es así?). ....


....Once it is tested, it moves to done. .. Una vez que se prueba, se mueve a hecho. ....
.... they didn't speak with the users .. pero luego no hablaron con los usuarios ....
.... At the end of the sprint the PO has a look at the finished work. I wonder if they will say that is what they wanted, but then they didn't speak with the users / stakeholder, so they probably don't know anyway. .. Al final del sprint, la Product Owner revisa el trabajo terminado. Me pregunto si dirán que eso es lo que querían, pero luego no hablaron con los usuarios / partes interesadas, por lo que probablemente no lo sepan. ....

.... A while later, say a sprint or two, there is now enough to go into the automation testing backlog - they only do big batches. Oh yes it turns out the team only do manual testing, or unit testing.  .. Un poco más tarde, digamos uno o dos sprint, ahora hay suficiente para entrar en la backlog de pruebas de automatización: solo hacen grandes lotes. Oh, sí, resulta que el equipo solo hace pruebas manuales o pruebas unitarias. ....

.... Great, so now the last few sprints of work is passing the automated tests - which found no bugs or errors :-). .. Genial, así que ahora los últimos trabajos rápidos están pasando las pruebas automatizadas, que no detectaron errores :-). ....


.... The time has come to start working out how to put this live. Once this is done there is a poor person who has to manually press the big red button to release the code.  .. A llegado el momento de comenzar a descubrir cómo poner esto en vivo. Una vez hecho esto, hay una persona pobre que tiene que presionar manualmente el botón rojo grande para liberar el código. ....


.... I am sure it is not his/her fault if the system crashes, or the deployment fails - this is the first time the deployment code has been tried / tested.  .. Estoy seguro de que no es su culpa si el sistema falla o si falla la implementación. Esta es la primera vez que se prueba / prueba el código de implementación. ....     
.... operations team who probably own all the code .. equipo de operaciones que probablemente posee todo el código ....

....While all of this was going on, there were plenty of live issues fixed by the bug fixing team / operations team who probably own all the code once the big red button has been pressed. Ask any senior developer and they would say they still fix the bug as the bug fixing / operations team are useless!  .. Mientras ocurría todo esto, hubo un montón de problemas en vivo solucionados por el equipo de corrección de errores / equipo de operaciones que probablemente posee todo el código una vez que se presiona el gran botón rojo. Pregúntele a cualquier desarrollador senior y dirían que aún corrigen el error, ya que el equipo de operaciones / reparación de errores es inútil. ....

     

....Their BDD is only done from the outside in. The unit testing is the TDD part. TDD means unit tests. BDD means UI tests. .. Su BDD solo se realiza desde el exterior hacia adentro. La prueba de la unidad es la parte TDD. TDD significa pruebas unitarias. BDD significa pruebas de interfaz de usuario. ....

....Have I described waterfall? Wagile, Fragile, NotAgile. Are there any anti patterns here? .. ¿He descrito Waterfall? Wagile, frágil ("Fragile"), noágil ("NotAgile"). ¿Hay algún anti patrones aquí? ....
